Mornings offer a quiet moment—an invitation to reset, breathe deeply, and align ourselves with the day ahead. As a psychic, I’ve come to realise how important my mornings are in shaping the energy I carry throughout the day. The way we begin can set the tone for everything that follows, helping us feel more centred, clear, and connected to our true selves.


I cherish the early hours.. when everything is quiet, there is space to reconnect with myself before the demands of the day begin. These moments of stillness are essential; they allow me to ground my energy and listen to my intuition before stepping into the work that awaits. I make sure to wake up early, taking my time with each part of the morning routine—without rush, without pressure—so that I can cultivate the right mindset for the hours ahead.


The first step in my routine is to nourish my body. A warm cup of tea or coffee, along with a nutritious breakfast, helps ground me. This meal isn’t just about keeping me full; it’s also about clarity and balance within myself. Food offers me a chance to slow down and re-establish a sense of connection to my body, which is particularly important when I am about to enter a space of deep connection and energy work with clients.


After breakfast, I take a moment to allow my food to settle, brush my teeth, and wash my face before engaging in some gentle movement. A light yoga flow or dancing to uplifting music helps get my energy flowing, shifts any stagnation, and invites a sense of lightness and vitality into my body. The goal isn’t to challenge myself but to awaken my senses and immerse myself in the present moment. Whether it’s a short walk or a gentle stretch, these simple practices remind me that when we care for our bodies, they can support us throughout the day.


Energy is everything in my work. Nurturing my energy through morning grounding practices allows me to be fully present during my sessions. By the time I step into my readings, I feel a deep sense of connection and clarity, allowing me to offer valuable insights and create a supportive space for my clients.
