1. Age Limitation

2. Privacy

All readings are confidential. The only exception is if it becomes evident that you may cause harm to yourself or another person. Permission will always be obtained before posting any updates or reviews from your reading on social media or the website, and all shared updates and reviews will remain anonymous.

3. Participating in a Psychic Reading

All information received during a reading is subject to your personal interpretation. By booking a reading, you acknowledge that the guidance provided is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice from a qualified professional. Psychic readings are intended for guidance, advice, and entertainment purposes. Readings may include information that is emotional or difficult to hear; if there are topics you wish to exclude, please indicate these before the session or on your booking form. The higher your vibration and the more open-minded you are, the more specific your reading is likely to be. All decisions or actions taken following a reading are your personal responsibility.

4. Follow-Up Questions & Additional Sessions

After a psychic reading, it's normal for another question to pop up once everything settles. I do offer a $35 (AUD) add-on that gives you the chance to receive clarity on one follow-up question connected to your recent session. You'll receive a clear, channeled response delivered via Email, WhatsApp or Instagram, without needing to book a full session. This option is only available within a short timeframe (up to 3 days after your reading) to keep the energy fresh and aligned. If this is something you’re interested in, feel free to contact me.

5. Termination of a Reading

Both parties are expected to maintain a respectful, positive, and non-judgemental attitude throughout the session. To ensure the best experience, sessions should take place in a comfortable, distraction-free environment. I also reserve the right to cancel or end a session if I feel uncomfortable, or if I believe the client may be better supported by seeking guidance from another professional.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and at least 48 hours’ notice is also required for rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling can be managed through the “My Bookings” page in the Members Area: https://www.psychicstella.net/account/my-bookings If you have cancelled your appointment and are eligible for a refund, please contact me via email, as refunds cannot be processed directly through the website.

7. No-Shows

Please be ready at least five minutes before your scheduled session so we can begin on time and make the most of your reading. I prepare for each session by entering a focused, meditative state beforehand. This helps me connect clearly and provide the most accurate information possible, which is why starting on time is important. I allow a five-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. If you believe you may be late, please contact me before your session to let me know. If you have not joined the Zoom call or contacted me within five minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will still apply. In this case, I will move on to the next client and your reading will be delivered via email later that day. Thank you for respecting this policy. It allows me to honour the time and energy I dedicate to each client.

8. Booking Calendar

    •    All appointments must be booked through the online booking calendar.

    •    Payment must be made in full at the time of booking (Card or PayPal).

    •    Booking times will appear in your local timezone.

9. Opening Hours

    •    Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    •    Saturday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

    •    Sunday: Closed

    •    Messages or emails after 6pm will be answered the next business day

10. Gift Cards

​Gift Cards are available for 30-minute and 1-hour readings and are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed at checkout and are non-refundable.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept these policies. Policies may be updated periodically, and the latest version published on the website will always apply.
