1. Age Limitation

You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

All readings and client details are kept strictly confidential. The only exception to this policy is if information arises that indicates an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case appropriate duty of care steps may be taken. Furthermore, client testimonials, reviews, or session insights will never be shared on social media or my website without prior explicit consent, and any approved shares will remain strictly anonymous.

3. Nature of Services & Consumer Guarantees

Psychic readings are intended for guidance, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes. All information and guidance received during a session are subject to your personal interpretation and are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session.

4. Follow-Up Questions & Additional Support

To help integrate insights following a recent session, optional follow-up questions are available for purchase at $30 AUD per question for up to 7 days post-reading. You may purchase between three to five questions to be answered individually via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. This option can be added at the time of booking or requested within the 7-day window. For new topics or in-depth exploration outside this timeframe, a new session booking is required to reconnect with your current energy.

5. Session Conduct & Termination

Both parties are expected to maintain a respectful, positive, and non-judgemental environment. To ensure optimal focus, sessions must take place in a comfortable, distraction-free space. I reserve the right to cancel or terminate a session immediately if inappropriate behavior occurs, if boundaries are not respected, or if I determine that you would be better supported by another professional. In the rare event of a termination initiated by me, any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with my obligations under consumer law.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Due to the deep, focused preparation required for each appointment and my strictly limited daily availability, all sales are final and no refunds are available for cancellations, missed appointments, or change of mind once a booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests to reschedule made within the 48-hour window are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You can manage your appointments directly using the "Cancel / Reschedule" link in your confirmation email.

7. No-Shows & Lateness

Please arrive and be ready at least five minutes prior to your scheduled session. Because my dedicated pre-session meditative preparation begins 30 to 45 minutes prior to start time, punctual attendance is essential.

Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is applied from the scheduled start time. If you anticipate running late, please notify me at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you have not joined the Zoom call or made contact within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will be deemed a no-show. Because stepping away from my pre-session meditative state prevents me from simply resuming part-way through, the remaining time cannot be recovered. In the event of a no-show, the session fee is forfeited, and your psychic reading insights will instead be delivered to you via email later that day.

8. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be secured through my online booking calendar.
Full payment is required at the time of booking via accepted payment methods (Card or PayPal).
All booking times automatically display in your local time zone.

9. Operating Hours

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Messages or emails received after 6:00 PM will be attended to on the next business day.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for 30-minute and 1-hour readings. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, they are valid for three years from the date of purchase, redeemable at checkout, and are non-refundable.

11. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Policies may be updated periodically, and the most current version published on my website will apply to all future bookings.
