Distance Reiki
Service Description
A gentle and restorative energy-healing session conducted entirely via distance. This service is designed to clear stagnant energy, release emotional or physical blocks, and promote deep relaxation from the comfort of your own space. I approach your healing journey as a team effort. Prior to your session, I will ask you for your current intentions and a recent photo to focus the energy. While the Reiki is being sent, it is recommended that you do something relaxing to remain open and receptive to the healing. Once the session is complete, I will send your personalised feedback and insights directly to you via your preferred messaging channel or email. To support your integration and see how you are feeling, I will also complete a follow-up check-in with you one week later. Please note: Distance Reiki focuses entirely on energetic alignment and is not a psychic reading.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your session is a dedicated time slot held exclusively for you. Because I limit my daily readings to ensure high-quality, focused insights, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Requests made prior to the 48-hour window are eligible for a full refund or a date transfer. However, cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable, and the booking fee cannot be transferred. Thank you for respecting the time and deep preparation that goes into your reading. You can manage your own bookings by clicking the "Manage Booking" button in your booking confirmation email. This button directs you to a secure page where you can view, cancel, or reschedule your bookings according to the booking policies. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact Stella via email, as refunds cannot be processed directly through the website. No-Shows and Lateness: Please be ready at least five minutes before your scheduled session so we can begin on time and make the most of your reading. I prepare for each psychic reading by entering a focused, meditative state 30-45 minutes prior. This helps me connect clearly and provide the most accurate information possible, which is why starting on time is so important. I allow a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled start time; however, if you think you may be late, please contact me at least 30 minutes before your start time (when I begin my preparation) to let me know. If you have not joined the Zoom call or contacted me within 5 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will still apply. After waiting through the grace period, I end the session and step away, coming out of my receptive state and mentally moving on from the appointment. At this point, restarting the entire preparation process would be required rather than simply picking up where I left off, so the remaining scheduled time cannot be used to continue the reading. I will instead move on to my next client, and your reading will be delivered via email later that day. Thank you for respecting this policy.
