1 Hour Psychic Reading
Service Description
About the 1-Hour Psychic Reading session: During a 1-hour psychic reading, you will be able to look into 4-6 topics and ask questions. This session is ideal if you have multiple areas you want to explore. If you only have 1-2 topics, and not many questions - I would recommend booking in for the 30 minute reading instead. Video Calls: I only conduct video call readings through Zoom. You will find the link to the Zoom call in your confirmation email. Please join the call at the scheduled time of your reading. Message/Voice Message Readings: For a more laid-back reading, we can use messages and voice messages on Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp. I kindly ask for you to be fully present during this type of reading, so you can validate the information and ask follow-up questions. Important Notes: - I do not offer phone call readings. - I do not conduct video calls over Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or FaceTime
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and at least 48 hours’ notice is also required for rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling can be managed through the “My Bookings” page in the Members Area: https://www.psychicstella.net/account/my-bookings. If you have cancelled your appointment and are eligible for a refund, please contact me via email, as refunds cannot be processed through the website. No-Shows: Please make sure you are ready and on time for your scheduled appointment. As sessions are back-to-back, it’s important that we start on time to make the most out of your session. I will wait up to five minutes past the scheduled start time. If you know you will be late, please contact me before your scheduled time to discuss whether we can continue. If you do not show or I don’t hear from you within five minutes after your scheduled time, I will move on to the next client, and the session will be considered a no-show, with the full session fee applicable. If a no-show occurs, your reading will be delivered via email later that day. Thank you for respecting this policy, as it helps ensure smooth scheduling for all clients.
